Setting up your BrilliSIM eSIM on Samsung Galaxy
Galaxy S20+, Z Fold/Flip series, and select A-series models
Before you start
- Menu names can vary between One UI versions.
- On dual-SIM models, set data to the eSIM line.
- Z Fold and Z Flip setup flow is the same as other Samsung devices.
Method 1: Easy install (fastest)
- On your order confirmation page or email, tap the "Install eSIM" button
- Your Galaxy opens SIM Manager automatically with the plan ready to add
- Tap Add and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation
- Name the plan (for example, Travel Data)
- Ensure the eSIM is toggled on for mobile data
Method 2: QR code
- Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager
- Tap Add eSIM
- Tap Scan QR code from service provider
- Scan the QR code from your order page or confirmation email
- Tap Confirm when plan details appear
- Wait for download and installation (30–60 seconds)
- Name the plan (for example, Travel Data)
- Ensure the eSIM is toggled on for mobile data
Method 3: Activation code (manual)
- Go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager
- Tap Add eSIM → Enter activation code
- Enter the SM-DP+ Address from your order page
- Enter the Activation Code from your order page
- Tap Connect and wait for download (30–60 seconds)
- Name the plan and set it as your data SIM
Troubleshooting
- Cannot find SIM Manager
Try Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks on your device software version.
- "Install eSIM" button does not open SIM Manager
Open the link on the Samsung device itself. If it still fails, use the QR code or enter the activation code manually.
- QR code scan fails
Retake with better lighting and confirm the code is unused.
- No network after arrival
Turn on the eSIM line, enable data roaming, toggle Airplane Mode, then reboot.
