Your email address (to deliver your eSIM and provide order support)

We do NOT collect your name, billing address, phone number, or any other personal details beyond what is listed above.

Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

2. Cookies

We use cookies for:

Pricing consistency: A cookie stores a random identifier so you see consistent pricing across visits. This cookie does not track your identity or browsing behavior.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of analytics cookies.

You can manage cookie preferences at any time. If you decline non-essential cookies, the site still functions normally.

3. How We Use Your Data

Email: To deliver your eSIM QR code, send order confirmations, and respond to support requests.
Analytics: To improve our website and understand which destinations are popular. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

Order records (email, order details): Retained for 5 years for accounting and support purposes.
Cookies: Expire after 90 days.
Analytics data: Governed by Google Analytics retention settings.
