Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of brillisim.com and purchases of eSIM data plans from BrilliSIM.

1. What We Sell

BrilliSIM sells prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are digital products delivered instantly via QR code after payment. Plans are data-only and do not include voice calls or SMS.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). Prices include the data plan and instant digital delivery. Prices may vary between visits as part of ongoing market analysis. The price shown at checkout is the final price for your transaction.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your card is authorized at checkout and charged only after your eSIM is successfully provisioned. If provisioning fails, the authorization is canceled and your card is not charged.

After successful payment, your eSIM QR code appears immediately on screen. A confirmation email with installation instructions is also sent to the email address you provide.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your eSIM does not work as expected or you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@brillisim.com with your order details and we will process a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. This policy may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

5. eSIM Compatibility

eSIM requires a compatible, unlocked device. It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing. We provide compatibility information on our website, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every device and carrier combination.

6. Data Plans

Data amounts, speeds, validity periods, and coverage are as described on the plan details at the time of purchase. Network speeds depend on local carrier infrastructure and conditions. "5G where available" means 5G access depends on local network deployment and your device capabilities.

Plans activate on first network connection at your destination unless otherwise stated. Each eSIM QR code can be installed on one device only and cannot be transferred.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrilliSIM is a reseller of eSIM data plans provisioned by third-party network providers. We do not own or operate mobile networks. Service quality, coverage, and speeds depend on local network conditions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected plan.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
